Job Responsibilities:
1.Conduct in vitro and in vivo pharmacodynamic evaluations of drugs (e.g., antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates) and investigate the corresponding mechanisms of action.
2.Perform literature research, project design, and project planning related to assigned tasks.
3. Participate in technical problem-solving and tackle key challenges.
Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree or higher in cell biology, chemical biology, pharmacology, immunology, or related fields, with approximately 2 years of work experience.
2.Proficient in various cell biology analysis techniques, such as cell proliferation, apoptosis detection, and signal pathway studies. Skilled in operating instruments such as flow cytometers, fluorescence microscopes, and microplate readers.
3.Prior experience in in vivo pharmacodynamic evaluation is preferred.
4.Molecular biology skills, such as molecular cloning, are a plus. Experience in the development of biologics (e.g., monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins) is an advantage.
5.Proficient in literature search with strong English reading and writing skills.
6.Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and effective communication skills.
